Part of the fun of NeoCon is The Best of NeoCon 2018, which for 29 years has been identifying the coolest products, styles, and trends in the commercial design industry. This year, they received 374 entries in 41 product categories, and we’re excited to share that Three H was one of the big winners, earning a Gold Award in Case Goods!
Office Gallery has been working with Three H for years, and is a huge part of our business. They consistently create beautifully functional furniture that anticipates the needs of a workspace environment, and this year, they were recognized for their Woodstock collection.
The Woodstock collection was designed in part to combat some of the challenges open floor plans in the work setting create. While growing in popularity, people who work in these wall-less areas do struggle sometimes with privacy as well as “workspace-ownership.”
Mark Müller designed the Woodstock collection for Three H with these considerations in mind. His approach reflects clean lines and natural finishes, and uses materials including solid oak, ash, paint, felt, acrylic, metal, fibre board, aluminum and foam.
The Woodstock collection features solid wood legs and credenza feet, metal leg sleeve and aluminum worksurface support and elevated credenza rail, sliding thin profile acrylic doors, sliding aluminum door tracks available in three anodized finishes, proprietary solid wood grommets, grommet finishes, felt modesty and trough/hammock options, wall tiles, an elevated credenza (29”), a non-elevated credenza (26”), a non-elevated standard credenza (29”), credenza stacking storage, open credenza, and open bench (elevated and non-elevated).
The variety of options among and within all of the pieces of this collection allow for a customized look that enhances virtually any office space. Müller’s approach to the construction of these pieces also results in an elevated air of professionalism without pretentiousness.
